An honest comparison

Prime Priorities vs Todoist

Choose between an Apple-focused ABC ritual and a broader cross-platform task and collaboration system.

Prime Priorities

Approach: Guided review, capture, importance, urgency, and forced A/B/C ranking.
Platforms: iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision.
Sharing: Delegate through Messages, Mail, or another installed app with a linked follow-up.

Todoist

A different way to plan.

Price: Beginner $0; Pro $7 monthly or $60 billed yearly
Approach: Projects, calendar layouts, filters, reminders, deadlines, and collaboration.
Platforms: Web, iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, and more
Sharing: Shared projects and team workspaces.

Prime Priorities fits when

You need a decision, not another list.

You want to decide what matters today, not manage a large project system.
You work on Apple devices and want Apple Reminders mirroring.
You want task content stored locally without an app account.

Todoist fits when

Your work needs something broader.

You need cross-platform access beyond Apple devices.
You need shared projects, team roles, filters, and reporting.
You want a free ongoing plan rather than a guided free preview.
