Answers, without the runaround.
How does the 7-day free trial work?+
Eligible new subscribers can try Prime Priorities Pro for 7 days. After the trial, the subscription renews at the monthly or yearly price shown by Apple before purchase unless you cancel.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?+
Open Settings on your device, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Choose Prime Priorities to change or cancel your plan. You can also use the Manage Subscriptions link below.
How do I restore a purchase?+
In Prime Priorities, open the subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure your device is signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Why are my tasks not appearing in Apple Reminders?+
Reminders sync is optional. In the app, open Settings and connect Reminders. If access was previously denied, open iOS Settings, find Prime Priorities, and allow Reminders access.
Will the app work without Reminders access?+
Yes. All local planning features continue to work. Reminders permission is only needed if you want your tasks mirrored to the dedicated Prime Priorities list in Apple Reminders.
How do I delete my data?+
Delete individual tasks in the app, or remove the app to remove its locally stored data, subject to normal iOS backup and restore behavior. Prime Priorities has no developer-operated account or cloud database.
