An honest comparison

Prime Priorities vs Apple Reminders

Choose between a guided ABC decision ritual and Apple’s flexible built-in reminder list.

Prime Priorities

Rank today. Start with A1.

Price: $2.99 monthly or $24.99 yearly after an eligible 7-day trial.
Approach: Guided review, capture, importance, urgency, and forced A/B/C ranking.
Platforms: iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision.
Sharing: Delegate through Messages, Mail, or another installed app with a linked follow-up.

Apple Reminders

A different way to plan.

Price: Included with Apple devices
Approach: Flexible lists, dates, locations, tags, shared lists, and Siri capture.
Platforms: Apple devices through iCloud
Sharing: Shared lists and assigned reminders.

Prime Priorities fits when

You need a decision, not another list.

You want the app to force a clear A1, B1, and C1 order.
Everything feels urgent and you need importance and urgency separated.
You want carried tasks reviewed again instead of silently aging in a list.

Apple Reminders fits when

Your work needs something broader.

You want a general-purpose reminder list with no added subscription.
Location, Siri, and shared Apple lists are your main needs.
You do not want a guided daily ranking ritual.
