Information we collect
The Prime Priorities iPhone and iPad app does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, or user accounts. The app does not transmit your tasks or planning information to the developer.
This website uses HeyCatch analytics to understand visits, sessions, page navigation, clicks, referral and campaign information, and general device or browser information. HeyCatch may process an IP address and an anonymous browser identifier to provide these analytics. Form-input contents, task information, and Apple Reminders data are not collected by the website. We use this information to understand which pages and campaigns help people discover Prime Priorities and to improve the website. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.

Planning data
Tasks, priorities, ranks, delegation details, scheduled dates, and task history are stored locally on your device using Apple's app storage technologies. Removing the app may remove its locally stored data, subject to normal iOS backup and restore behavior.
Apple Reminders
If you grant Reminders access, the app reads and writes reminders in a dedicated Prime Priorities list through Apple's EventKit framework. When upgrading from an earlier build, the app may rename its legacy ABC Priority Planner list to Prime Priorities.
This integration mirrors task titles, priority notes, due dates, and completion status. The developer does not receive this information. You may deny or revoke access in iOS Settings; the app's local planning features will continue to work.
Notifications and background refresh
If enabled, the app schedules a local morning notification and may use iOS background refresh to reconcile local tasks with Apple Reminders. Notification content and synchronization are handled on the device. iOS controls when background refresh runs.
Subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. The app checks Apple-signed transaction information on the device to determine whether Prime Priorities Pro is active. The app does not operate a purchase server and does not receive or store payment card information.
Children's privacy
The app does not knowingly collect personal data from children. The website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
If the app's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the change is released. The effective date above will reflect the latest revision.
